Shipping within the US:
Aquarius ships via Fedex.
We ship Ground, Fedex 2 Day, and Express Saver. Free ground shipping on orders over $300.
Shipping costs are charge based on the specific order and delivery location.
In store pickup is also available as a free service. Select "In-Store Pickup" at time of checkout. Every customer is notified when the order is ready typically within a two hour window. You will receive an email confirmation when it is ready.
For verification purposes, please bring the credit card used for purchase as well as valid ID when picking up your order.
All orders will usually be shipped within 48 hours. We do not ship on weekends.
Please note that there might be a delay in sale and holiday seasons. If there is a delay, we will contact you via email.
RETURNS ON SALE & PROMOTIONAL CODE ITEMS
All items purchased on Sale or with a Promotional Code are considered final sale. Items will not be eligible for return/exchange or store credit.
We do not accept returns on Swim, Lingerie, Apothecary, and Jewelry.
Damage/defect merchandise must be reported within 5 days of delivery, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and include image of the defected merchandise. Damages not reported within 5 business days of package arrival cannot be refunded. Please include a copy of invoice or receipt.

*Please note that if you do not email us in advance, we might not be able to process the returns and exchanges. We have the right to deny any Returns if it does not meet our requirements. We recommend that packages be returned with a tracking number and insured to the full amount of merchandise. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages.
